Description
Red Tatin RZ is a small and sweet snack pepper. Rijk Zwaan’s vegetable breeding team have developed snack-sized capsicums to meet the rising consumer demand for fresh, convenient and healthy snack-sized veg.
There are currently three varieties in this snack-capsicum range, Red Tatin RZ; Yellow Zuppa RZ and Orange Tarta RZ which can be grown alongside each other. They are uniform in size and shape; bite-sized, conical, have very few seeds and are very sweet. They are fantastic fresh, in a salad, or on the BBQ.
The plants are well balanced with good vigour to ensure consistent production in greenhouse cultivation.
